Getting to know Sally Imbriano

Sally is a DC-based theatre actor, musician, teacher and composer with a strong focus on acting through song and audition coaching.

She boasts Helen Hayes awards for outstanding production (The Nance, 1st Stage) and outstanding ensemble (Seussical, Keegan Theatre), as well as her nomination for outstanding lead in a musical (Lucky Stiff, Nextstop Theatre Company).

She's worked at Folger Shakespeare Theatre, Olney Theatre Center, The Kennedy Center, and so many more. She loves to play piano and piano accordion.

Sally is currently composing A Christmas Parol, a new Filipino-Irish musical, with her good friend KJ Velz. Catch the production winter 2026 at Nextstop Theatre Company!
